Onggy Hianata: Create Prominent Value, Achieve Life Dream
Onggy said that’s why he has a deep feeling for this industry, after several joint endeavors between his partners and himself, much was contributed to each others’ families, society, their countries, and to the world.
Onggy Hianata, an Indonesian, was born into poverty but he refused to become mediocre, so he always struggles to change his life. In his childhood, he used to farm and chop wood. During his college study period, he ever worked and did small business at his spare time. After having graduated, he served as a manager for a large-scale company, and in 1992 he started to engage in Direct Sales Marketing. After serving as a part-time distributor for a well-known Direct Sales company for two years, he decided to do the job on a full time base and had insisted to work as a distributor for 7 years. Since April 2007, he joined in WINALITE INTERNATIONAL and has been continuously working till now. He determines to assist more people in achieving success.

At the large-scale 2010 WINALITE INTERNATIONAL Global Congress, Onggy Hianata and his team members from Indonesia were awarded “Best Cohesiveness Prize” and “Most Prominent Contribution Prize”. Shining medals gleam upon their arduous work and extraordinary talents and two prizes construe their ambition and unceasing endeavors.

Unceasing Struggle for the Long-Cherished Dream

Onggy Hianata, born in a poor family at Tarakan Island in Indonesia, always had a dream since his childhood; he would like to change his and his families’ fate to live a well-off life. In order to achieve this dream, he continuously struggled.
To contribute to his family’s income, Onggy assisted his parents in farming since he was eight years old. He once worked on a small farm, chopping wood in forestry. Hardship during childhood enabled Onggy to understand life better than people in his age, and it also helped build Onggy’s optimistic and persevering personality as well as his hard-working traits. After having grown up, Onggy could bear the work that is tough to ordinary people because he knew that tough work was the only way for him to achieve his dream.
To achieve this long-cherished dream, Onggy went to Surabaya for college study after he graduated from a high school. Meanwhile, he worked for small companies and did small business at his spare time, However, he did not achieve remarkable success.
After graduation, Onggy served as a manager in a large-scale company. With great ambition, he worked hard but kept a close eye on improving his career platform. In 1992, he first set foot in the Direct Sales sector after being recommended by his colleague, whereby he joined into a well-known Direct Sales enterprise.
When starting with an all-new marketing mode, Onggy first served as the part-time distributor in the company. Two years later, he dedicated himself to Direct Sales and served the company for 7 years. Meanwhile, he learned a lot and acquired more and more knowledge in this industry. Gradually, he grew from an industry recruit into a senior marketing personnel, with business developing larger and larger.
Join in WINALITE to Make New Achievements
One night, Onggy went to Kuala Lumpur for business and his Filipino friend invited him to participate in a product demonstration. After arriving at the demonstration site, Onggy was stunned by the demonstrated product-WINALITE INTERNATIONAL’s sanitary napkins, neither the company nore the product was known to him. However, such quality product left a deep impression on Onggy’s memory after the product demonstration.
The next day, Onggy met the Chairman of WINALITE INTERNATIONAL Mr. Vincent Chen. Through an open and frank discussion, Onggy learned of Mr. Chen’s mission, vision, and dream for WINALITE INTERNATIONAL operations and he admired Mr. Chen’s farsighted thinking and great ambition, so he joined in WINALITE INTERNATIONAL in April, 2007.
When the company was newly established and the product was unknown to the public, it was hard for the entrepreneur to grab shares from the fierce market competition and carve out his own space. So far, Onggy has a deep understanding of this. “While developing WINALITE services in Indonesia, I really experienced a great number of challenges, but with my own dream, vision, and responsibility, I have continued with business until today. I’ve enjoyed the ups and downs in my industry, and the industry has not only given me fortune, health, and meaningful time, but has also enriched my life.”
Looking back upon the development history, Onggy said that he should extend his thanks to Mr. Vincent Chen and his management team for such a fabulous career platform by which all Winaliters can exert their talents and give full swing to their potential.
In Onggy’s team many members achieved progress in health, wealth, and time. Of which, about 1,000 members gave up smoking after joining the team, and 300 members got rid of their dependence on alcohol and drugs. More importantly, many members rebuilt their own confidence, improved their interpersonal relationship and leadership skills, and improved their capacity for communication.
